TradeInk is NOT:

• A guarantee of trading profits
• A substitute for professional financial advice

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must be at least 18 years old to use TradeInk
• One person, one account (no sharing accounts)

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use TradeInk for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems

• Share your account with others
• Impersonate others or provide false information

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may:

• Perform maintenance with reasonable notice
• Modify or discontinue features
• Suspend accounts that violate these terms

IMPORTANT: Trading involves substantial risk of loss. TradeInk does not guarantee any trading results. Past performance does not indicate future results.

TradeInk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Trading losses you may incur
• Decisions you make based on your TradeInk data
• Errors in trade logging or rule checking
• Service interruptions or data loss

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeInk and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, or data loss.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TradeInk after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll notify you of significant changes.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms or for any other reason with notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
